The World Trick Shot Championship is the world's championship of trick shot billiards. It was held on snooker tables for the first time in 1991. Matchroom Sport organised the event. Matchroom Sport organized the competition. The judges evaluated players based on their technical merits and presentation style. The competition was held at Celtic Manor in 2005.

These players were awarded prizes like the World Championship of Artistic Pool, International Challenge Cup, or the Swedish Championship. Trick shot is a pool game that has been sanctioned by The World Pool-Billiard Assocation. Other than participating in tournaments as trick shot artists, they also teach other people the sport.
Mike Massey is a well-known trick shooter. He has been doing tricks since the 1970s. He has played many games alongside sports celebrities like Jason Gedricks and Paul Sorvino. Massey has also been a key figure in the sport as an instructor and a fund raiser. Massey's performance at the Waste Management Pheonix Open in New York and the Volvo PGA Wentworth in New Jersey have made him a prominent figure.
Mike Massey is a teacher of many professionals in the field, including Scott Baiin (Dean Cain) and James Tolkan. He has won several professional international competitions, and has been a member of Team U.S.A., which won the trick shot world championship in 2002. This team also performed in Abu Dhabi at the HSBC Championships and Commercial Bank Qatar Masters.
Jim Sommer, another great trick-shot artist. He has participated in numerous international Trick-shot turning events, and has traveled to the USA to compete at the US Nationals. He is the US Nationals Artistic Pool Champion.
The World Trick Shot Artists Association, (WTSAA), is an association of trick shot artists around the world. Paul Gerni, world champion trick shot artist, is the founder of the association. The WTSAA books contains 160 tricks. Some of these tricks are the machine gun shot (kick), quick-fire shot, and other trick shots. Other trick shots include: the "pro", the "extreme" and the "proper" shots.
Tim "The Dragon", 2022 US Nationals Artistic Pool Champion was defeated by Jason "The Michigan Kid," Lynch in finals to win the prestigious title. Both Lynch and Chin are WPA World Ranked. Lynch is still an Ohio State student, but Chin has the advantage as a seasoned professional.
The Trick Shot Magic competition will take place October 9-10. This event will feature eight international stars. The purse is worth $40,000. Each player will get to choose between six and ten of the predetermined shots. After choosing their favorites, each player will be given three chances to complete the shot. Each player who makes a successful shot earns a point.
Geoff McIlroy is the most famous trick shot artist. Noel Hunt inspired him and he began to practice trick shots. He's been to many places and met people he never anticipated, but he is determined to keep trying.
