It is important to clean your pool balls regularly if you play a lot of pool. You can keep your balls clean and prevent them from becoming damaged. Polishing your balls will give them a brighter shine.

It is important to determine how often your pool game is played. Your pool balls will stay cleaner and fresher if they are kept in a case. They can be stored in a cool area away from the sunlight. This will prevent them from yellowing too quickly.

You can also protect your pool balls by wiping them with a soft cloth. You should avoid scratching them as this could cause them to become damaged. Microfiber cloths are a good option. You should leave the cloth on the ball for 30 seconds. Use a dry towel to wipe the cloth off.

To clean pool balls you can also use dishwashing soap or a spray cleanser. However, these products will leave a residue on the balls. You can make a paste with baking soda and water instead of these products. After you have mixed it, rub the paste into the balls. Then rinse off with cold water.

The final option is to use a billiard balls polishing machine. These machines can do a lot of the work for you, so you won't have to do all of the work. If you don't have one, you can still clean your pool balls by yourself. Of course, you should be prepared for a little bit of trial and error.

There are two main types: phenolic pool balls and polyester resin. These materials are made of durable thermosetting plastics. However, the materials will eventually turn yellow with age. Fortunately, phenolic resin balls can last for up to 40 years. That said, you should still have them cleaned frequently to avoid discoloration.

It is best to get rid of dirt and grime from a pool ball. Use a microfiber towel and some soap and water for this job. Alternately, you could use baking soda mixed with warm water to create a thick paste that can be used to scrub the balls. To get rid of soapy residue, rinse the balls with a few drops water.

When you clean your pool balls, you should always remember to use the right cleaner. The wrong cleaner can cause your balls to become brittle. So, you should never clean your pool balls with abrasive utensils. If possible, avoid using dishwashers. Dishwashers may cause the balls to get dirtier and more quickly. A high-powered spray cleaner can cause more harm than good.
